Prof Natalie Man-Se Chan (DMin, M Couns, MBA, Dip Ed) is the Founder and President of the Institute for City Transformation (ICT) in Hong Kong. She was a Director of the Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation and a Professor in Urban Ministry as well as the Program Director for 2 doctoral programs at Bethel Bible Seminary in Hong Kong (2012-2013). Her teaching and research interest is in Urban Missions, Faith & Work, Transformational Leadership, and Gospel Movements.
Natalie had worked in finance for close to 20 years with the bulk of the time in Goldman Sachs prior to obtaining her Doctor of Ministry at ÎåÂ¥×ÔÅÄ, where she also serves on the Board of Regents since 2021. Natalie is a member of the Standing Committee at Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism Movement (CCCOWE), a board member at the Institute for Marketplace Transformation, an Advisor to Faith and Global Engagement at University of Hong Kong as well as a member of the Executive Committee of Asia Academy of Practical Theology (Hong Kong).
